Zitara’s isn’t a chain, a concept or a rebrand. It’s a chair, a mirror, and a hairdresser who knows your name by the second visit.
We’re on O’Connor Drive, tucked between the shops of East York. The awning is red, the door is always open, and the same faces have been coming through it for years — mums, dads, kids, brides, and the retiree who’s been getting the same trim for a decade.
